The other brand i have never left is Nike, they have so many good shoes out, I buy their lunaglide 2 and nike air max 2010 from US due to the price there being 160 USD for air max but in australia it is 250 AUD and exchange rate is now 1:1 so you can see our prices in australia too high i can buy 2 pairs of shoes online from America for price of one pair in Australia. I got both the air max + 2010, and lunarglide + 2 from Eastbay's website. Eastbay is great, I ordered on a Friday and received the shoes on the Monday. As to the shoes, the air max 2010 is so much better than air max 2009 because the front of the foot is better enclosed. ps I run on average a total of 25 km a week during lunchtimes on workdays.
I found this useful website to learn more about what shoe to buy:

Due to the great fx rate, I also got notebooks from america, the asus g73jh with the best specs available eg I got this one with core i7-940XM i7-940 1TB HDD 8GB RAM but upgraded to 256gb ssd drive along with a the seagate momentus xt hybrid drive 500gb and 16gb ram (I already have 2 other g73JH and I can assure you, it can play every game available no problemo.) I considered getting a J73 JW for the USB3 but since i dont really want to get a nvidia graphics card, I settled for J73jh since the ATI card outperforms the best nvidia card.
Since the last time I blogged, I now have unlimitd ADSL2+ so my internet while is expensive @ 75AUD a month, I can download the internet at fast speeds... back to notebooks...
I also got from the same guy an asus UL50VT which is very light for a 15" notebook to watch movies on the train to and from work :) If only I could stick the processor of the G73JH into the UL50vt, I would be much happier since UL50VT is using a slower processor so logging into windows 7 takes those extra couple of seconds. I upgraded the UL50VT to windows 7 ultimate x64 because I want to use bitlocker to encrypt the UL50vt since i worry i might lose the notebook with personal data on the train. Oh the UL50vt did not windows update and I tried all the troubleshooting google suggested, so I just downloaded windows 7's sp1 release candidate (since my windows is genuine) and then windows update worked :) Dont know why windows update did not work with a notebook straight out of the box, could be because I uninstalled ASUS's bundled trendmicro internet security and installed my own mcafee virusscan enterprise. Anyway, I love the UL50VT. The main reason I bought this notebook apart from it being the lightest was the long battery life, it has got a nvidia graphics card which can be turned on if you want to play games but when you are just watching movies, you can turn it off with a button on the top left of the keyboard area (similar to the power button on the top right) so it can enhance the battery life. As to the G73JH, you would be lucky for the battery to last one hour before recharging but still the G73jh is designed to be always plugged in for game playing. The reason why I upgraded all the specs to the max is because the first core i7 720 I had still loaded games too slow for my liking so I decided to remove all bottlenecks so the graphics card would be the only bottleneck. eg transformers war for cybertron still made me wait up to a minute for it to load/startup and I dont have that much time during lunchtimes at work to waste waiting for games to load. My 2nd G73JH had 2 500gb seagate momentus XT drives but they were noisy as hell whenever they moved/spun and I did not notice any difference vs my first g73jh in terms of performance. Now with the fully upgraded 3rd g73jh with ssd drive, the speed increase and reduction of game loading times and performance is noticable immediately. Such a pity there is always a trade off between performance and battery life which is why i have to get so many notebooks.

If you need cheap sports headphones, msg me. there is a ebay seller i buy sports headphones from who sells them for like 50 cents + postage of a few dollars. So you can get like 5 and it will still be less than the price of one if you get from the local shop lol. The headphones work perfectly and if you have an ipod nano 6th gen like me, then the default apple headphones suck bigtime because they do not fit my ear and keep falling out. The sports headphones clip over your ear and when running, do not fall out at all :)
